The durable architectural idea is sovereign state machines connected by verified commitments rather than one global execution environment. The paper motivates hubs, zones, light-client proofs, validator sets, and packet relay, and connects those pieces to Tendermint finality.

Its token economics, governance, network topology, product names, and IBC details are an early proposal. The maintained cosmos/ibc Interchain Standards are the authority for current clients, connections, channels, packets, acknowledgements, and timeouts.

All 53 physical pages were rendered and inspected. Hub/zone topology, peg-zone paths, validator economics, and protocol-layer diagrams are information-bearing but historical. GTK uses an independent proof-carrying packet sequence and does not retain the source figures.
